If you are a BBVA Compass customer, you must know that you have a full range of financial services online for free. It’s easy to apply and to use. You can pay bills, check account balances, transfer funds, search for ATM or bank branches and much more from any mobile device with internet access.
How to Login
If you already have a BBVA Compass Internet Banking Guide account, follow the steps in order to learn how to login.
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and find the login area located on the right upper side of the page. Enter your User ID and click on the green arrow to proceed.
Step 2 – You will be directed to another page where you must enter you password. After this step you’ll be successfully logged in and ready to use all financial services offered by BBVA.
If you have forgotten your User ID or password, call customer service at 1(800)273-1057.
If you have a mobile device but do not want to install the bank’s apps, you can access straight from your mobile browser. The login process is similar as if you were using the desktop.
How to Enroll
If you want to enroll but still do not have a BBVA Compass banking account, please go to the nearest branch in order to open one.
Step 1 – Find the login area on the homepage (same as shown above) and click on the link that says “Activate”
Step 2 – You’ll be directed to another page. Click on the yellow rectangle “Activate Your Internet Banking Guide Now”.
Step 3 – Choose the account type you have with the bank and provide the relevant account details.
Step 4 – Create a new user ID and password and don’t forget to read and accept the terms and conditions of the bank.
Step 5 – Create security questions, then click continue to activate your account.
