The FirstMerit Bank Internet Banking Guide login can be completed by going to the homepage and selecting one of the tabs titled; Personal, Business, Commercial, or PrivateBank. Another feature offered by FirstMerit is Text Banking that allows you to request and receive your account information by sending a text to TXTFM (89836).

If you have an account with FirstMerit you can setup Internet Banking Guide by telephone or through the online process stated below;
- Telephone – 1(888) 554-4362 from 7am to 10 pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday from 8am to 5pm
- Online – If you have an FirstMerit account but has not enrolled in the Internet Banking Guide feature you may do so by Clicking This Link and filling in with the required information as:
- Choose a username
- Create your personal password
- Social security number
- E-mail address
- Date of birth
- Mother’s maiden name
After filling all, read the bank’s agreement and submit your application. It may take until 5 business days, if after this period you still unable to acess your Internet Banking Guide services notify the bank at [email protected].
